I really want to know wich of this tow guitars would be the best choice to buy...no matter the price...

-Jackson RR3

Trans Red finish.

-Ibanez RG350DX

Features: basswood body; Edge-Pro II tremolo; 24 jumbo frets; volume and tone controls; 5-way switch; black hardware; rosewood fingerboard. White with matching headstock and white pickguard.

DEFINATLY THE IBANEZ

the reason is that Ducan Desigend pickups SUCK! im telling you plzz dont get it. It will cause soo much feed back. Seymor Duncans are good, and Duncan Designed are just a gimmick. Trust me 100% perecnt

BTW im not an ibanez fanboy, i dont even own an ibanez guitar.
Just dont EVER in your life get Duncan Designed pickups when you pay more than 300 dollers

Get the jackson dude...just swap the pickups if you dont like them.Don't bother with ibanez unless it says prestige on the neck.
Try once,fail twice...

I would go for the Ibanez too...

The RR is an incredibly annoying body shape.

The pickups on both these guitars aren't very good, but it's very easy to replace em.

Yup. If all you're going to do is play on it while standing up, you'll be fine. But playing while sitting down is way too much of a hassle I think. (I've owned one of these RR's, and I never for a second regretted selling it)

yea the Jackson isnt really a practicing guitar, its more of like a performing guitar cause you can just sit and play for hours.

The Ibanez does have a Wizard so its really easy to play on...

I dont know much about ibanez bro but I got a jackson 500 dollar firestrom pro series.

I dont know what some of these guys are talking about with the feedback from the duncan pickups... I have 2 single coils and a hum duncan and they dont feed back one bit. For the person who said this... its prolly the amp. although they arnt the best pickups out there, they arnt sh**. But What I'm doing in a few months is replacing the humbucker for a active hum by emg. Thats prolly what you would end up doing.

i think you should get the ibanez but only if you change the pickups. Duncan Design are basically just ibanez pickups with the name slapped on them.

You can't choose based on the brand name alone... Both Ibanez and Jackson make guitars ranging from crap to excellent.

Both these guitars, to me, seem to be at the same level of quality. Personally, however, my decision would be purely based on the body shape.
Pickup quality is not important; that's why companies like Seymour Duncan and DiMarzio exist.

I have never played a jackson, but I own an ibanez and let me just tell you, the neck on this thing is great! so great! the tremolo is crap though and you might need some stronger springs in the back if you are looking at heavy gauge strings. I have a cheap ibanez and the pickups don't produce enough feedback for it to be a problem. mine is s/s/h and the humbucker gives a pretty good sound when you apply the effects! I really couldn't tell you which to get as, again, I have never played a jackson but I own an ibanez and I like it!

I actually own a Jackson DKMG, looks great, plays better. I've played on a RR before and really didn't find the comfort level to be anywhere near parr. I've also played on some Ibaneze guitars before and really don't like the feel of their necks compared to my Jackson. All in all though, it's up to you .. go to a guitar shop and start playing with your choices, if it feels like something you'd play well in the long run, have at it!

What ibanez do you own?

I forgot!!The only way I can buy a nice guitar is by internet or traveling

I have a GRX40 extremely cheap, I bought it as my first guitar and but it for about $140 but it had a blemish, a little ding in the body, not really bad though.

JACKSON !
No wait maybe IBANEZ.

If it were me and I was set on a Rhoads I would save up a little more and get the RR5 which comes with "real" Duncans. I have owned an older Ibanez and currently have a Jackson USA Dinky/Strat. My Jackson is almost fifteen years old and the only thing i do is replace the strings. ( I did just put a EVH D- Tuna on it). I would try to get a "Jackson USA" which are made in Ontario CA. Some of the Jacksons from Japan have bulky slow necks and a twangy sound.

That's my opinion. Just like some guys like Fords and others like Chevy's, I prefer Jacksons and Gibsons. Over Ibanez and Fender. None of us are wrong. You need to sit down and play both guitars. Get up leave. Come back a couple of days later and do it again. One of those guitars will feel more comfortable and sound better "TO YOU".
