No wait maybe IBANEZ.
If it were me and I was set on a Rhoads I would save up a little more and get the RR5 which comes with "real" Duncans. I have owned an older Ibanez and currently have a Jackson USA Dinky/Strat. My Jackson is almost fifteen years old and the only thing i do is replace the strings. ( I did just put a EVH D- Tuna on it). I would try to get a "Jackson USA" which are made in Ontario CA. Some of the Jacksons from Japan have bulky slow necks and a twangy sound.
That's my opinion. Just like some guys like Fords and others like Chevy's, I prefer Jacksons and Gibsons. Over Ibanez and Fender. None of us are wrong. You need to sit down and play both guitars. Get up leave. Come back a couple of days later and do it again. One of those guitars will feel more comfortable and sound better "TO YOU".
