In this lesson we're going to look at a rhythmic variation of the 12 bar form. This means that the chords are the same as before, but we now play the last V chord one eight note earlier, which creates a great setup for the new 12 bar cycle!

Hey there - thanks so much for your question! This is a common challenge - so keep at it!! I suggest practicing these chord changes in a separate exercise - strum each chord for only 1 bar each, and practice changing to and from the chords over and over at a slow tempo - for 2-5 mins. Do this every practice session. It's also a good idea to take a few minutes to work on moving the fingers from one chord to the next and back over and over, but with no strumming at all. Do these exercises consistently - every day if you can. Eventually, you'll find that you can speed them up. Go ahead and do that, and keep bumping up the tempo of your exercises as it seems to get easier. Hope this helps!!

Hey there - thanks so much for your question! The tab is available in the Notation window on the right side of the video. There is also a notation tab that can be clicked below the video to bring up the tab. Hope this helps!!

NO need to respond at all. Just want to say I love the way these lessons build on easy other. Short and to the point. Just when I think I've come to a spot when I think that's it, Now Im at an impossible standstill. I'll do lesson over and over until walla Oh crap I got this kicks in. Absolutely love learning in chunks instead of throwing everything at a student at once. So far want you guys to know thank you from us old folks who never got to take guitar lessons in our younger years. Self taught and finally experiencing some real progress. Thanks.
