Confused...As Usual

I just joined guitar tricks and I see many things that are very interesting. But for my start, I would like to learn more on flat picking with my acoustic guitar. NOT finger picking.
My guitar level is probably more toward intermediate, as opposed to beginner.
I'm older and my navigation skills aren't the best on a computer.

Looking for a set of defined instruction with practice lessons, from beginning to end. How do I find this?

If I had some more info, may be able to help a little more. There's not really a course for flatpicking, but I have lessons that may help you. I think one way to get used to flatpicking, is to work on fills in between chords. I have these under bluegrass lessons, and let me know if this helps. Also let me know a little more about what you know, and there are advanced flatpicking lessons too.

The 2nd, 4th, and 6th one, are strumming patterns with fills. If you want to work on your strumming too, just go through all of them. I hope this helps, and let me know if you need anything else.

I told you I probably didn't know what you were after, and I haven't viewed one of Lisa's lessons in a while. You asked about flatpicking, so I sent you to the lessons I have pertainig to the style.

The only other thing I can think of may be this thing I have on crosspicking. This may help you with the second step of my suggestion, and give you other ideas too. I still have no clue what you want, but now I do know some of what you don't want.

After checking out the crosspicking, go back to Lisa's lesson. When she uses her thumb, play a downstroke with the pick. If she uses one of her fingers, play an upstroke on those notes. The transcription should be pretty much the same, you're just playing it with a pick. Here is the link for the crosspicking tutorial, as this could be an option for you.
