I told you I probably didn't know what you were after, and I haven't viewed one of Lisa's lessons in a while. You asked about flatpicking, so I sent you to the lessons I have pertainig to the style.
The only other thing I can think of may be this thing I have on crosspicking. This may help you with the second step of my suggestion, and give you other ideas too. I still have no clue what you want, but now I do know some of what you don't want.
After checking out the crosspicking, go back to Lisa's lesson. When she uses her thumb, play a downstroke with the pick. If she uses one of her fingers, play an upstroke on those notes. The transcription should be pretty much the same, you're just playing it with a pick. Here is the link for the crosspicking tutorial, as this could be an option for you.
