For the B7 chord, you are saying that there is no 4th string bass. However, it looks like you are doing a 4th string bass.

Hello - thanks so much for the question! For the B7 chord - the bass is on the 2nd fret of the 5th string. Caren is saying in the Key of E, with the chords she's teaching, there are no chords with 4th string bass notes, which is correct. Hope this helps!
