This is probably here somewhere but I'll ask.

When I touch on a song in the song section nothing loads. I have a full membership

Are you clicking on the “Begin” link at the bottom which comes up after clicking the link to the song?

Expounding on what William wrote, clicking on the song title will only pop up a description of the song and what you'll learn. You need to click on the [Begin] button on the far right of the screen in order to begin the tutorial.
