Strings keep ringing when I lift my finger off the fret and change chord. How can I stop it? Is there any specific technique?

You stop unwanted sound by muting with both hands.

With your picking/strumming hand use the side of your palm to mute in between chord changes.  With your fretting hand try to remain in contact with the strings as much as possible.  Release the pressure required to change positions, but remain in contact with the strings in order to keep them from sounding.  In some cases it's just not possible to completely eliminate unwanted sound & that's okay.  It's a natural part of playing guitar.

I cover muting techniques for beginners in the first few lessons of this tutorial.

Hope that helps!

Yes, this issue often arises from not muting the strings properly when changing chords. A key technique to stop strings from ringing is to use your palm, fingers, or thumb to gently mute the strings you're not actively playing. Practice lifting your finger off the fretboard smoothly while simultaneously muting the unwanted strings with your other hand or palm. As a full-time student juggling multiple classes and part-time work, I barely had time to write my college papers. This https://academized.com/college-papers-for-sale service turned out to be a blessing. Their college papers for sale are affordable and of top-notch quality. The paper I received was thoroughly researched, properly formatted, and delivered within the deadline. It helped me maintain my GPA while focusing on other important tasks. I’d highly recommend this to any busy student.
