My subscription was automatically renewed on 03/24/21 without any notification and charged $99 to my credit card.
I tried to write a message through customer support page to ask for a possible refund (since I haven't used this website for several months and do not plan to do so in the future) and cancel my automatic subscription renewal.
But the webpage keeps giving me an error message (that I do not have access...??).
How should I proceed with in this situation?
BTW, I live overseas and making a phone call is a bit problematic.
