Hi,

Just started using the TC Electronics Ditto looper. The basic model. Whats driving me crazy is turning off record to start playback. I keep getting a pause.

I think the question is on what beat do you press the button to start and stop recording and start playing the loop so there is no missing beat at the start of the loop.

Thanks.

Bill

Loops are a blast. I recently got the BOSS RC-3. Can make a simple loop and solo jam over it for hours!

i have ditto as well. you just have to feel the groove and stop the recording at the right time. You'll get use to it. Once you do you'll have a blast with it.

What I found helped me is this timing tip. 4/4 time. Start the recording on the 1 beat, and then end the recording on the one beat of next section. I was ending it on the 4 and it was odd timing.
