I have a Spectrum electric guitar and a Guitar Professor Qwik Tune digital tuner. I have both my tone volumes all the way down and my volume on high and my pick up switch is all the way at the bottom.
Here's my problem: I've used the Reference Tuner on the site and I know I should be: E-A-D-G-B-E. When I strum the bottom string (6th string), I get a E on my digital tuner with the green light. I strum the 5th string (second to bottom string), I get a B with a green light.
But when I strum the 4th string, I get a read out of Low E. I turn the tuning pegs here and there, get the green light but I'm still at Low E. Is this right? Am I suppose to look at what letter the read out is giving me? Or just make sure the light is green when I strum that string.
This is what I'm getting
1st String = A (Green Light)
2nd String = G (Green Light)
3rd String = B (Green Light)
4th String = Low E (Green Light)
5th String = B (Green Light)
6th String = E (Green Light)
Any help letting me know what I'm doing wrong would be appreciated!
