Some times the cheap ones are the really cool ones. Of course, you don't want a
really cheap one as your main instrument. Those are for leaving in the crapper or for weird sounds they make. My brother has an old harmony/Sears/really cheap guitar, probably from the 60's; he has it tuned something along the lines of F, F, F, C, C, F (low to high). So with "Martin" writen on athletic tape and stuck to the headstock this guitar basicly functions as a beater/ oddity. It could be cool to use on an album or something for a weird little piece. But you DEFINATELY
DON'T want that as your main instrument... or a backup for that matter.
