Description
This tutorial focuses on foundational concepts to get started playing lead guitar in a country style using an acoustic guitar. We'll lean on the major pentatonic scale to dig into some basic, simple licks that highlight the chord progression while playing to a swung 8th note groove. Once we've gotten these leads down, we'll put them into a practice tune and play them along with a backing track.
