For anybody that's interested, the two books of the above Gibson course; the Lesson Book (109 pages) and the Bonus Resources book (189 pages) are available as free PDF downloads at Gibson's learnandmaster.com site.

I think it's easier to find them with a Google search than trying to dig 'em up at the site itself. The working hits from Google look like these (but I don't think the urls below will work):
