Yeah you can bypass all the internal effects. I do this when I play with my pod xt which is 90% of the time. I use a in/out pedal to switch between the POD and the Amp. Works quite nice but it takes a little getting used to.
I swear by this amp so far...but time will tell.
I use heavy strings, tune low, play hard and floor it. Floor it. That's technical talk. —SRV
