The problem with the statement about hell is that there isn't supposed to be an incentive for the person to believe. It's supposed to be based on Love, and you aren't supposed to get anything out of it besides God's Love back (which translates to eternal heaven).

As far as a person being a cereal killer and going to heaven, what the hell is that? if Ghandi goes to Hell and Ed Gein goes to heaven, then what kind of god do we have?
