Sweet Child of Mine doesn't have any delay in it (maybe a little for the solo's, but that's it). Mainly it's just a little reverb and the wah on the main solo's. Unless you're tlaking about Welcome to the Jungle. It has a delay time around 180ish and the level is around 40%, but mostly it's how you play it that will make it or break it. Unfortunately I can't help you much there either.
